On all our tours, the participants drive the vehicle. The guides travel in another vehicle to help and provide guidance on the route and any assistance they may need.

Yes, we offer a pickup service between Funchal city and our headquarters in Campanário. If you’re staying in Ponta do Sol, Calheta, São Vicente, or anywhere beyond Campanário, our headquarters are already on your way towards Funchal, so you can meet us directly there.

Yes, you must arrive at least 30 minutes in advance

To drive the buggy, you must have a valid category B driver's license in the EU
To participate in the tours you must be at least 6 years old or 1 meter tall.
We provide safety glasses, insurance, helmet and waterproof overalls if you wish.
Yes, it is possible to shower on our facilities. Our facilities are equipped with changing rooms and showers so that they can shower and change their clothes at the end of the tour if they are wet or dirty.
If it rains, the tour will take place as normal but with more adrenaline and excitement on our fantastic trails. As a last resort, if the weather is very bad or there is a red alert and we do not have the minimum safety conditions, then the trail will be suspended. We always try to give advance notice. Cancellation implies a change of date free of charge or a change of reservation to a gift voucher to be used freely on another date.
Yes, you can change drivers, informing the guide of the stop for the change and the guide giving authorization for the respective change.

- Civil liability and personal accident insurance and the necessary equipment are included
- It is mandatory to follow the guide's instructions from the briefing until the end of the tour, otherwise the tour may be canceled without refund of the amount paid.
